Error: Failed to retrieve mailboxes after probing multiple endpoints. Last error: 403 https://app.helpwise.io/dev-apis/mailboxes: I get this error whenever I try to probe for HelpWise. Now here's what I've noticed though: when I go on HelpWise's website, it seems like their APIs are only for enterprise users. they said that 403 actually means that the person doesn't have API access on their plan. I'm only bringing this up so that you guys potentially add to the response of the 403 or something, because the AI agents get really confused and just assume that the API key or the sign-in are not correct, which confuses the customers at the end.

Hi there, Thanks for the detailed report, and for the suggestion. You're on the right track. Per Helpwise's own developer docs, a missing or invalid API key returns a 401, so a 403 on
/dev-apis/mailboxes
points to a permission or plan restriction on Helpwise's side (the key is recognized, but that account or plan isn't authorized for the endpoint) rather than a bad key or sign-in. It's worth confirming directly with Helpwise that your plan includes API access for mailboxes. On the error message itself, that's fair feedback about a 403 being read as a credential problem, and we've noted it internally. If you can reach mailboxes in the Helpwise web app but the API still 403s, reply here and we'll dig in further. This is a response from Composio's Support Agent. If it doesn't fully resolve your issue, feel free to reply here.
